This song was prompted as a protest to what I see as a whole pointless industry...medical insurance. I have witnessed quotes for medical procedures and drugs which are 5-10 times more expensive when you have insurance. Who gets that extra money? Not the doctors and nurses, that's for sure. It's the middle men. Sadly, I don't see a way to end this scam as it is now an industry in its own right. Sigh...
